Simple dinner

When Trent is out of town, I tend to simplify lots of things just to be able to keep up with everything by myself.

Tonight we had pancakes for dinner. I put the batter into a ziplock bag, clipped the corner and made the craziest little designs.

Did you know they actually taste better in crazy designs???? My kids loved them and I loved them, the thin little pieces were almost crunchy. It is amazing how changing one little thing can really make things more enjoyable. Thanks pinterest for the idea.
