Probably one of the best books we have

It is not for reading though. It is for drawing. As a parent it always seems that the kids want me to draw this or draw that. As they get older they want to draw things for themselves and it can be pretty frustrating when it doesn't turn out quite like you expected it to. So we have come to rely on Ed Emberly's Jumbo how to draw book.



It takes you through 100's of different things in an easy step by step way.



And shows you how simple building blocks can be adapted to specialized things.



Adam is always drawing things from the "transportation" section.



Owen is always helping Adam. . .



These pictures were all taken this morning -- Adam had raced to get dressed so he could start drawing. Owen is still in his PJ's and Catherine is about to go to school!
