How I organize legos

I have tried a lot of ways. But just FYI -- this way has stuck. It works. Inside each box there is a ziplock to keep all the smaller sizes. And when the kids finish building something I don't have them put them right back -- Instead they go on the counter until there are quite a few and then we have a sorting party. (kind of how librarians don't want you to return things to the shelf by yourself)
