Today was not technically a "snow day". . . it was an ICE day. Ice days are just like snow days in that there is no school but the big difference is that you get to shovel ice instead of snow which is much much harder.
I went outside to capture the kids how they look after trying their hardest to play in the ice. They used a rope tied to an innertube to pull each other up and down the driveway. It was hard to do because you had no traction to start pulling so there was a lot of slipping, sliding, and sweating. Here they are after all that hard work.
