My little traveling companion and flooding

Here is little Owen sitting at the Westchester airport waiting to board our plane. He is such a happy little guy.



While flying from Detroit to Houston, the captain came over the speakers and stated that for the next 45 minutes we would be flying directly over the flooding Mississippi river. It was amazing to see from 35,000 feet. The pictures don't do it justice. That is a lot of water. If only the water could make its way to Houston where they are having an awful drought!
