Julianne heads (reluctantly) to Girl's Camp

I can hardly believe she is old enough. But she is. I took her to the church this morning to go to Girl's Camp. Reluctant might be a bit of an understatement. We arrived home from vacation last night, went shopping to Walmart for all her supplies at 8:30 p.m. and got her packed by 11:00 p.m. She is nervous about being away from home. She is tired from all the vacation playing we have done. But she went. And happily too! That is until 10:30 tonight when she called a little teary. It had rained. Her sleeping bag, pillow, and blanket are wet. I told her to lay her towels on top. She said her towels were on the clothes line when it rained and they were wet too.
I guess this is how they learn. . .
