This photo was taken in Dec of 2000 -- 7 months before my Granny passed away and 10 years and 7 months before my mom passed away. They passed away almost exactly a decade apart.
My house is all decorated for the Christmas season and I don't have to look very hard to think of my mom-- nearly every decoration I have she either gave me, made me, or helped me shop for.
I sure miss sharing all the Christmas plans, crafts, ideas, shopping, and fun with her.
