Here in Ct the kids don't go to school on election day. (Of course it hardly seems that they go to school at all here lately!)
So since it was 67 degrees and sunny skies we went to the Beardsley Zoo. Can't let a nice weather day pass us by -- especially when winter is lurking around the corner!

That is the strangest thing I've ever heard...isn't it easier to go vote if your kids ARE in school?! Oh well, fun for them :-)!
