High School Softball game

Today, was the High School Varsity Softball game honoring the seniors on the team. It was a beautiful evening so I took all the kids. It was fun to watch the game. A citizen of our town drove up his classic fire truck and used it to raise the flag. Everything looked so patriotic and they had a nice sound system. But they had no one to sing the national anthem nor did they have a recording. So I really surprised everyone by offering to sing it. (I even surprised myself by offering to sing it). But I think it went really well. (or a lot of people just lied to me!!!)
