I keep track of my fastest mile. Yes, it is silly. But it does motivate me. Since I haven't had a lot of time to dedicate to jogging I have been focusing on getting faster. For me this is fast.
Tonight after making pies. I made us all pumpkin milkshakes (vanilla ice cream, canned pumpkin, splenda, cinnamon, skim milk) -- they were so yummy.
I always remember my dad making them when I was a kid. This year ALL my kids liked them.
