The Family Calendar

Things have gotten busy around here.  So busy that some people in the household are never sure what is going on.  While I maintain my trusty google calendar and have it synced to my iphone the kids are never sure which day is what (and the days are always changing).  I decided it was time for the calendar to be on display for everyone big or small.

I found these black chalkboard squares and put them on the wall.  I can write all the events and who they are for right on them in the middle of the hallway.  Now, everyone knows what is going on.  I need to add some lettering above it or something, but I will get to that later.  For now it is enough that all the kids can see immediately what is happening!
