One thing that works for me on the DREA...way to go. One thing that works for me on the DREADMILL is only 15 minutes at a time. Because I never have time for me, I can find 15 minutes. I put on really great 80's rock on my ipod that is 15 minutes long. I dont look at the clock to see how much more time, I know when my ipod finishs those 4 songs, I'm done and I can do it a couple times a day or what ever.
